Short Term Rental Income Estimates

Prudential Property Management performs rental and management services for condos and homes in Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon and Eagle Vail. They have provided these "very general" estimates for rental income and management fees. Their numbers are aggressive assuming that the owners will have the property available for rentals during all the major rental times (Christmas, mid-January, mid-February, March, early April, July, August). These numbers also assume good snow conditions and good economic conditions. Prudential charges 40% for their management fee, other companies may charge more, few charge less. Again these are estimates, specific numbers should be obtain from owners and/or property manageers of individual units you may be considering.

Gross income varies with the condition of the unit, owner usage, snow conditions and world conditions. The above Other Expenses are also estimates that will change from complex to complex, and unit to unit within complexes.
